Ring LED Portable Photo Box (Amazon) : Review

I was contacted to see if I would like to try a Ring LEF Portable Photo Studio, in return for a review.

I have wanted one of these for a while, and just not got round to buying one so it was perfect timing.

What Arrived :

The box arrived in this nice little bag, and inside was the box along with the different colour inserts.

It was very easy to setup, and is powered via USB so you will need either a USB battery pack or plug to power it.

Assembled and Tested

The controller allows you to set different levels of brightness, and also change the colour from warm, cold and normal.

The photo above was taken with full brightness, and not edited in anyway.

As you can see its very good, the only comment for me would be you are able to see the fabric inset bumps….I would have liked if it was just smooth but thats a personal thing.

Overall :

I can see myself using this more and more, depending one what I want to take a photo off as I think this would be great for my blog posts and Instagram posts.

As I said its very easy to set up and use, and does give you really good photos.

I have no issues recommending this product if your needing to take good standout photos.

Amphora CBD infused Vape Pen and Vape Oil Cartridge : Review

The guys over at Amphora gifted me with their Vape Pen and Vape Cartridge to check out and review.

Like all product reviews, I like to give them a good test run before typing a review that way I can give you a completely honest review.

I have now used this for a week and a half, and ready to give you my honest opinion.

The Delivery

Firstly look at the branding and packaging! very professional and I was very impressed as it looked really good and gave me the impression of high quality products.

The Vape Pen & Vape Oil Cartridge

Lets start with the Vape Pen :

(Limited Edition) Chrome Vista Vape Pen £59

Firstly look at the design of this Vape Pen, it looks like the Rolls Royce of vape pens visually with its chromium aluminium look.

It is battery powered (charger included inside packaging), and doesn’t take long to charge up for your first use. If you have a MacBook its like Magsafe for vape pens which I really liked.

It is very simple to use, take it out the box and let it charge then add your cartridge of choice. It only has one button on the pen, 5 rapid clicks turns it on and then after that you rapid click 3 times to change the power setting of the pen.

I liked setting it to high, as I liked seeing the smoke when I breathed out as I could visually see something and knew it was working.

CBD Vape Oil Cartridge (MEND) £35

Effect : Sooth & Repair

“slip into a relaxing bath of sweet stone fruits, savoury herbs and pine finish. Find relief from tension and release muscular aches and pains”

I opted for this cartridge “Mend” as it sounded sweet and I prefer sweet things, so I knew I would give this a proper test if I liked the taste.

Inhaling you don’t get any flavours, exhaling is when you do. The Mend gives you a nice subtle peach flavour and scent…well that was I got with this. I didn’t cough once with this, where I have heard some people with their vapes they do cough a lot.

It also left me with a pleasant after taste, which some cartridges from other vape pens (I’ve been told) can leave you with a bitter after taste.

Overall :

Firstly a big thank you to Amphora for letting me check them out and gifting me with a vape pen and cartridge.

As I said at the start of the review it looks, feels like the Rolls Royce of vape pens. It has been built with high quality, and easy to use.

The feeling for me was subtle and chilled. I didn’t feel sluggish which was good, just more chilled when using this for a few days.

Overall I have no issues recommending this Vape Pen and cartridge from Amphora, its high quality build, easy to use and helped me feel more relaxed.

I will try another flavour of cartridge so keep watching my Instagram post for that review.

Sons Men’s DHT Blocking Shampoo Subscription Box : Product Review

Gifted

The guys over at Care For Sons messaged me and wanted to send me another care package to try, last time I vloged about it now here is the blog for this one.

Again let me start by saying that I am not loosing any hair (yet), but this is a hair loss and prevention care package so I am treating it as a prevention for me and this review.

Also see my previous review HERE

Sons DHT Shampoo

Our shampoo is formulated with saw palmetto which can help reduce levels of DHT in the scalp (a hormone that can cause hair loss) and it also contains argan oil, iron and vitamin B3.

During hair loss, DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is an androgen hormone that binds to the hair follicles leading to hair shrinkage and loss.  During this process DHT reduces the growth phase of hair which makes the follicles become finer, shorter and eventually in severe/late stage hair loss there the follicles do not exit the growth phase. Our shampoo similar to Finasteride works by blocking DHT and preventing hair loss.

As you have read from my last review or see in my vlog, I found this shampoo to be very good on my hair and it didn’t make it feel dry.

Just like last time I didn’t notice any stinging in my eyes, and no irritation to my skin on my head of forehead which is good as I have sensitive skin.

My hair felt really good and I will continue to use it till its finished 🙂

Minoxidil and Biotin vitamin :

Minoxidil is a topical solution that increases blood flow and oxygen in vessels which reactivates and revitalises shrunken hair follicles.

Usage : twice a day

I followed all the instructions, and found it very simple to use.

Biotin (also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H) is a vitamin that promotes healthy and stronger hair.

Usage : 1 tablet per day

Every morning after my breakfast I took a tablet, and continued with my day….simple 🙂

Product Overall :

Note : Just because this was gifted, that has not influenced my thoughts in any way. The above is a 100% honest review of the product.

As I mentioned before I don’t have hair loss, but this is also a preventative shampoo so that’s how I have been using this.

I took the vitamins daily, I didn’t notice any difference or felt any different but I think over a longer period of time I would start to notice something as the other reviews I have seen are very positive.

A big thanks to sons for sending me this product, and I have no issues recommending this to use or if you are starting to experience some hair loss.

I will continue to use the bottle Son’s sent me 🙂
