Pots & Co Pick-Me-Up Tiramisu : Review

Gifted

The guys over at Pots & Co sent me some of their new pot to try, and I couldn’t wait to try them as their other pots are amazing!!!

This pots is a little different as 100% of the profits for these go to the frontline staff, which is great as they have been absolutely amazing.

The Pot

Our Tiramisù (which means Pick-me-up in Italian) is our Chefs’ take on the classic Italian dessert. It’s a crunchy, topsy-turvy Tiramisù with a biscotti and chocolate crunch. The best part is that we’re donating 100% of profits from this pudding to charity. Pick one up today from Waitrose, to help those that have helped us in these strange times.

The Tiramisu Pot

Ohh look at what arrived!!!

How nice is the presentation, and colours used…as they say you eat with your eyes first.

THE taste

I sprinkled the topping on and dug right in.

I dug in and my first spoonful wasn’t deep enough, as I missed some of the goodness at the bottom so I dug down again.

This was really nice, I liked the whole texture crunchy, tasty and very very nice. The tiramisu was a nice flavour, and worked well with the topping.

As expected it was finished very fast, and the second pot was finished the next day.

Overall :

Note : Just because this gifted, that has not influenced my thoughts in any way. The above is a 100% honest review of the pot.

Firstly a big thanks to Pots & Co for spoiling me again, I am a massive fan of all their products.

This was nicely presented, and just like their other pots packed with flavour and very moreish!! I also loved that with this one the profits go to a good cause, so buy lots of these 🙂

Just like their other pots I have no hesitation in recommending these! so what are you waiting for? go out and grab some 🙂

Pots & Co Colombian Chocolate and Mango & Passion Fruit Pots : Review

Gifted

The guys over at Pots & Co sent me some of their new pots to try, and I couldn’t wait to try them as their other pots are amazing!!!

What Arrived

Just like the last time the guys spoiled me, and sent a lot of goodies.

I loved what I tried last time from Pots & Co, and have purchased the pots a few times when getting my weekly shopping.

Pots & Co Colombian Chocolate Pot

  • 196 calories
  • Gluten free
  • Nothing artificial
  • Suitable for vegetarians

I started with this as I love chocolate.

This is in a bite sized little glass container, but just because its bite sized doesn’t mean its not good….far from it.

This pot had a lovely rich, smooth chocolate indulgence that was extremely moreish I couldn’t just have one…..I had two.

The columbian chocolate was perfect, it wasn’t too sweet, wasn’t too rich it was so so so good.

Pots & Co Mango & Passion Fruit Pot

  • 150 calories
  • Gluten free
  • Nothing artificial
  • Suitable for vegetarians

These were really nice, they were creamy at the top followed by a lovely fruity flavour at the bottom and combined created a perfect mouthful.

Just like the other pot this was not too sweet or too rich, it was the perfect flavour and the mango and passionfruit was very morish.

Firstly a big thanks to Pots & Co for spoiling me again, I am a massive fan of all their products.

These two pots were very nice, and very light to eat. If you spotted they are both very low in calories, which is great for a wee treat at lunch or throughout the day.

Also check out their other pots as really all their pots are AMAZING!!!!!!!

Pots & Co My 4 Pots : Review

Gifted

The guys over at Pots & Co sent me some of their pots to try, and hold a competition to win these sweet treats.

First things first was my top priority to try them and see what they were like.

In the past I have purchased a few pots from my local supermarket, and loved them so when they contacted me I knew heaven would be arriving at my door 🙂

The Pots

They sent me the following :

  • Salted Caramel & Chocolate Ganache x 2
  • Lemon & Lime Posset x 2
  • Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline x 2
  • Hot Chocolate & Salted Caramel Lava Cake x 2⁣

What a selection and all sounded very yummy!!!! so I couldn’t wait to dig in as soon as they arrived.

The Pots

I could have easily just had them all the day they arrived, as I have a mega sweet tooth but I decided to be good and have one a day.

Pots & Co : Salted Caramel & Chocolate Ganache

I decided to start with the Salted Caramel pot, as it sounded the sweetest from my selection.

OH! MY! GOD! I felt like I had died and gone to heaven with this one, every mouthful was just so smooth, sweet and so mmmmmm I was actually mega disappointed when I saw the bottom of the pot.

  • Flavour : 5

Pots & Co : Lemon & Lime Posset

Deciding what pot was next was a VERY tough choice but someone had to do it, and my next choice was the Lemon pot.

Just like the Salted Caramel pot, this was very smooth and had a perfect lemon flavour to it. For me most lemon desserts can either not have enough flavour, or way overpowering but for me this was the perfect balance in flavour.

  • Flavour : 5

Pots & Co : Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline

I am not a nuts person, so I only tried a little of this so my fiancee was the one that told me how it was.

She said it was very nice, and the chocolate and hazelnut created the perfect smooth and crunchy texture in her mouth.

Pots & Co : Hot Chocolate & Salted Caramel Lava Cake

Did I save the best till last?

I popped this into the oven and waited patiently on it getting warmer……then it was time to try.

I can understand why this is best served hot, the warm salted caramel was so mmmm

This for me was my second favourite after the Salted Caramel & Chocolate Ganache

Overall :

Firstly a big thank you to Pots & Co for my sweet treats, and for allowing me to run a competition for them.

I enjoyed every sweet treat, and have even gone out and got some more as they are really really good.

My 1000% favourite was the Salted Caramel & Chocolate Ganache!!!

Please do check them out if you see them in your local supermarket, or online as if you have a sweet tooth like me you will have died and gone to heaven with these sweet pots 🙂
