When you are looking for a counsellor, ask them about what types of mental health issues they may be able to help with. Many counsellors will specialize in certain areas and you should ensure your needs will be met. 

Talking therapy can open up a lot of old psychological wounds. If you have experienced historic trauma, then this can be very painful and uncomfortable. However, you will be likely to experience great results including a better understanding of yourself as a person.

The Kit

Trying it

As I said at the start I don’t smoke, or vape…I have tried smoking and tried a vape ages ago but its not something I do daily it was more just to try…so what did I think about this.

I decided I would try this daily for at least two weeks, one to see what it was like and two to see if it helped relax me as I needed some relaxing due to a few things in my life right now.

The first few times I was a little 50/50 with the flavour of the vape I liked it but wasnt sure about it, but I continued with it and used it daily throughout the day.
