Fingerless gloves for writing! These soft cashmere knit gloves are perfect for handwriting, typing, touch screens, and crafting. Warm cold hands with this stylish accessory available in a wide range of colors from heather purple to blush pink.

Made of a breathable knit of about 35% cashmere wool. Cotton, polyester, and microfiber are blended in for durability.

The guys over at www.literarybookgifts.com contacted me and asked if I would like to review one of their products, and I accepted.

The product was the Writing Gloves, that were being sent to me for free in return for an honest review.

To be honest I have never really worn writers gloves, so this would be an interesting product to try.

Quality :

I was very surprised by the quality of the product, it was good material and felt like it could be washed several times without loosing any of the colour or affecting the material.

Size :

Well I guess one size fits all with this as I got a few family members to try them on and they fitted….well like a glove (sorry)

Ease of Use :

I decided to try and use my laptop with these on for around 30 minutes, to see if it felt comfortable, warm and if they didn’t feel strange when wearing.

As expected yeah they felt fine on, didn’t disrupt my normal movements and my hands felt warm.

Overall :

As always with all my reviews, if its an invite, free meal, free product all my reviews are 100% honest and my own opinion.

These are really good gloves, and if you type a lot outside or in the cold then these will be good for you as you can still easily press the keys and your hands will be kept warm.

For me, well I mostly type indoors so gloves for me wouldn’t really work. If I was the type of person who typed outside, then these would be good.

To be honest it all comes down to your needs for these, but as I stated these are good quality and very comfortable on.

A big thanks to www.literarybookgifts.com for the gloves 🙂

Singl Coffee: Review

Website:  www.singlcoffee.com

Singl coffee was born out of a love for coffee. Truly great, real, coffee.

Here at Singl coffee, we don’t think coffee has reached its peak yet, and if simplicity is key, we aim to take that to the next level. We want fresh ground coffee to be accessible to everybody, every day, no matter where you are. Coffee capsule machines are great, we love them, but you can’t put it in your bag and carry it to work with you! If you don’t put up with bad instant coffee at home, why put up with it anywhere else?

The guys over at Singl Coffee were nice enough to send me a box, to sample their coffee which was great as I am a big coffee lover. They sent me a sample of each of the coffee’s they sell, so I could get a complete taster of what they do.

Singl Coffee use Arabica coffee beans in all the coffee bags, which helps with the flavour of the coffee so I couldn’t wait to try some.

I opened the box…

I really liked how they packaged this, but something got my attention right away….the coffee is in bags just like tea (I didn’t know this till after they sent me the box when I read about the company)…..now this is interesting.

So I have a Nespresso machine which uses capsules, and I have also purchased compatible capsules so how does this work? well to be honest with you it works very easy.

As you can see from the photo above, you open the package, place the bag in a cup and pour your hot water in…..let it sit for as long as you like (depends how strong you want) and that’s it…..just like making a cup of tea but this time coffee.

It was time to have a coffee….or three 🙂

I followed the instructions…

I liked all three coffee’s but the Ethiopian one would probably be my favourite, mostly down to taste and aftertaste.

I even took a few bags to work, as I couldn’t carry my Nespresso machine to work. This was great and I really enjoyed having good coffee at my work and at home.

The cost for 7 bags is about £7.50, and 14 is £9.50 which to be honest your better going for the 14. They also do a subscribe and save option, giving you a subscription coffee box, which is good and you get 10% discount doing this option.

Overall I am glad that they sent me some coffee, as I will now be having good coffee at work instead of so-so coffee. I have already recommended www.singlcoffee.com to a few people for them to order, and take the coffee to work.

I will be ordering or having you as my coffee subscription box soon.

Thanks, guys and thanks for improving my coffee experience 🙂

So I don’t normally do many product reviews, but its something I am going to try to start.

Today I was walking about the West End of Glasgow and came across Ashtins Aromatics.

I recognised the name…..took me a few mins and then I remembered when I was at Lomond Shores they have a shop there and I have purchased a few items on my visits.

On entering the shop your hit was relaxing background music, and a lovely smell and many items to feast your eyes on.

Today I wanted a scented candle, as my others have finished. I like scented candles, and also incense sticks as I find them very relaxing.

There was a lot to choose from, so I took a slow walk around the shop.

The Purchase…

Shearer Candles: Vanilla & Coconut £10

Without even lighting this it smelled divine so I couldn’t wait to get home and light it.

I have now had this on every night I have been home and sat down to watch Netflix, and all I can say is very very nice.

The smell is nice and very relaxing.

I liked the sound of the Coffee one, can’t remember the brand but I can’t wait to try it next time.

If you’re in the West End, take a visit 🙂
