Old Toll Bar Cafe (Gretna) 2022 : Review

Todays Visit

Today I took a drive down to Gretna as I wanted to visit the outlet, and check out the shops and maybe do a little spending.

Before going to the outlet I had to stop and have something to eat, I tried Gretna Green but it was loaded with many many people. I did a search and here popped up and I had to check it out.

The Food

I wanted something warm as it was a horrible rainy drive down, and I spotted they did filled rolls which was perfect for me.

Filled Roll (2 fillings) £3.50
Sausage and bacon

I saw they had sausage and bacon as an option, and I opted for 2 fillings.

On arrival this looked good and smelled very good.

I took a bite and everything was so good! the sausage had a nice flavour and cooked perfectly and the bacon was a little crispy which again that’s exactly the way I like it.

This was a good filled roll, and filled my hunger.

Chocolate Tiffin £1.95

I spotted they did a few tray bakes and this one jumped out at me.

I was a bad blogger as I only took one photo, but I can tell you it was fresh and very tasty.
