The Tyndrum Inn Restaurant (Tyndrum, Scotland) 2021 : Review

The Visit

V: 28/08/2021

It was coming up to my dads birthday, and I didn’t really know what to get him. I had a few wee gifts but I wanted to do something different for him, so I gave him a Scottish drive to Glencoe and surroundings as he has never been up this far.

The Food

I have never been here but due to many places being super busy and no food left, we opted to stop here and try it out.

Starter :

Spicy Chicken Wings in sweet chilli sauce £6.50

On arrival this looked really nice, and I was very hungry at this point so it was a quick photo and straight to eating.

Oh these were cooked perfectly and had a good wee kick to them. I really liked the flavour and it was a great starter.

Portion size was good and they all had a good amount of meat on them.

My Rating:

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Main Course

Black & Blue Burger £12.50
beef burger with Cajun spices, stilton, chips and salad garnish

I have not had a beef burger for a while, normally I opt for chicken but today I decided to go for one.

I like stilton and thought lets try this burger, and I am so glad I did.

On arrival this was a big burger, and again I couldn’t wait to start digging in.

The flavours were really good, and the stilton added a great lovely taste. The burger was perfectly cooked, and had a nice flavour to it.

This was a nice burger and I am glad I choose it today.

My Rating :

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Overall :

I am glad I found here and tried it, as the food was good and its in a nice location. We sat outside so we enjoyed the sun today, and had a good meal and a good day.

My Rating :
