I like visiting Patisserie Valerie every now and then, more so for the afternoon tea but today I decided to try something else.

There are two locations in Glasgow, I don’t really have a preference but if I had to choose I think this one is a little nicer than the other.

The Food…

Starter

Spaghetti Carbonara  £8.75

On arrival it looked a little of a disappointment, my next thought was why is there that light coloured cheese on it like that?

Another thing I noticed was the pasta was cut, rather than the big long strands…which am sure for some people is fine but for me this was strange. I am used to the normal way where I have to twist, and then eat…..

Flavour wise….not that great. Firstly it used cream and not the normal way, secondly the cheese through this was hmmm

Overall

Overall very disappointed, this was not good and I definitely won’t be ordering this again.

Sorry guys
