Lychee has always been a favourite of mine when it comes to Chinese food, its got that modern yet classy look and also a very relaxing atmosphere inside. Anytime I have been there the staff has always been nice, and very attentive.
I have tried a few places in town but for quality, flavour and cost the Lychee for me is always a winner, even my friend says that and he also has tried a few places.

Starter
Normally I always order the Prawn Toast, as I know I like it and its a safe option for me but since I am blogging I cant keep reviewing the same food all the time.
So today I decided to try the Vietnamese King Prawn Rolls, and I am very glad I did.
Vietnamese King Prawn Rolls £5.60
This is very very nice, and now my new favourite starter!
The portion size for me was perfect, as I know my main is large and very filling. The rolls were full of flavour, and using the soy dip just added that little extra flavour .
Main
Ok so I am always drawn to this dish and I promise the next time I visit Lychee I will have something different, but this dish for me is the best!
Loaded with flavour, nice and tender and very filling and tasty. The presentation is great, as it comes in a hard noodle basket that yes you can eat if you wish but the chicken and the rice are more than enough for me.

Yes I know its not really a dessert but it was my last course….so technically a dessert.
This was Lychee’s special cocktail, and as you can see from the photo its nicely presented.
The cocktail was very nice and refreshing, and the cost about the same as other restaurants around Glasgow.
Overall :
Overall again just like every time I come here, I cant fault any of it. I don’t give out very many 5/5 reviews but here every visit has been that.
I would like to try a few more dishes (starters and mains), so my next visit I will order something different….I promise.
